Shannon is an ordained interfaith-interspiritual minister and Master of Sciences, founder of Joy Alchemy™, and co-founder of CoSI [coming soon]. Her work bridges spiritual formation, lived coherence practice, and disciplined inquiry.
As a scientific communications executive and integrative leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Shannon serves as Managing Editor, Light on Light Publications, including The Convergence, Conscious Business, and Light on Light e-magazines, and with the International Day of Yoga Committee at the United Nations.
Shannon also serves as a Research Fellow with the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research, where her research examines relational intelligence and coherence dynamics in sustained human and human–AI systems.
She is author of The Gospel of Joy, contributing author in Ervin Laszlo’s The Sacred Quest: Becoming One on Planet Earth, lead editor/co-author in Interspirituality: The Future, and co-editor, “Universal Principles and Action Steps: A historic collection.”
